Senior Product Designer who turns complex systems into products people trust

Bio

I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Warsaw, Poland, with 8 years designing complex B2B products and 10 years in design overall. Most recently I designed at Wallarm, an API and AI security platform, where I helped drive the shift to AI-first design. I redesigned Security Edge, the managed deployment new customers meet first; designed Infrastructure Discovery, building its UI hands-on in code with AI agents; shipped proofs of concept; and helped build a design system that AI agents can work with.

Before that I spent seven years at EPAM Systems. I was the lead designer on Eyetelligence, Bausch + Lomb's cataract surgical planning platform, rebuilt end to end around the surgeon's day in ten weeks. I led design initiatives for Thomson Reuters, delivering 20+ projects across 15 of their product teams. I designed the mySchneider app for electricians across 187 countries, adding 194K new users a year and lifting monthly active use by 33%, and redesigned British Telecom's business landing pages. Beyond client work, I led the communication stream for an 80-person design studio. I've worked as the key designer inside cross-functional teams, owning features end to end, and I've led design teams when the work needed it.

When I'm not behind the Figma screens you can find me… watching the endless horizon of the Atlantic Ocean, speeding through Warsaw on my bike, catching inspiration at design conferences, brainstorming creative side projects, barely surviving Muay Thai sessions, questioning how I even got this far into the mountains or climbing colorful plastic obstacles like they're life quests.

Mentoring

I mentor other designers through long-term mentorship and one-time consultations: portfolio prep, mock interviews, navigating career transitions, UX methodology and design systems.
